It was clean, quite, room was furnished with everything I needed. Breakfast was good. Gym is furnished with great equipment. Hot tub and pool are nice and big.

The employees are WONDERFUL. Especially the nice lady who helps in the kitchen, short blonde hair, I believe her name is Amy? I can’t remember. But she’s an angel, very kind to my children got them a coloring page and everything. The beds was so comfortable it’s honestly the best nights rest I have ever got staying at a hotel! Good job guys. Keep up the good work.

We went to the Museum of Clean and My World Discovery and it was a lot of fun with kids. I thought we would only stay an hour but we spent 2 hrs and could have spent a little more if we didn't have other plans. There was a lot of places to eat with a variety of options. We took a small side trip to Lava hot springs to swim for a couple hours- to was fun but very busy on the weekend.

Pocatello seems like a very pleasant small city, in a lovely natural setting. It sits at the junction of two major freeways, and appears to be growing with suburban sprawl, which is creating more traffic congestion. I didn't stay long enough to learn much about the economic drivers of the community. The people seemed friendly.

It was not a good visit caret was wore out . Bathroom door knob falling off room number 119 . Room 117a hole above bathroom door. Over looked very old and run down . Hallway smell of stale cigarettes.

We had stayed overnight in Pocatello a number of times, just not in the Fall or at the Fairfield Inn. We now plan to make a trip just to this city next year to take in the various attractions there and its vicinity.

Pocatello is a beautiful high desert city in Southern Idaho.

Pocatello is a beautiful high desert city in Southern Idaho.. it was July so it was obviously super hot.. I was there for a Drs appointment so I didn't do much sight seeing.. I do know there's a lot of open in public drug use down by the University. Personally seen it with my own eyes at the Days Inn across the street.. that part of town is gross. What's really sad.. I didn't see one police officer for the 2 days I stayed down there

I hit a deer an hour outside of Pocatello, totalling my vehicle. I was travelling by myself with my two dogs 14 hours away from home. Everyone I dealt with - state police officers, dispatcher, hotel employees/management, autobody company - were all so kind and compassionate, and I felt that they all had my well being at the forefront. This makes me feel the the community of Pocatello is certainly great.

This hotel was clean and nice (it's new, so that makes sense). But what I couldn't believe was the food! The breakfast was delicious! We also enjoyed a cocktail on the patio before going to our room for the night. The bartender was very nice and made a good drink. Check in was easy and the gal at reception was very nice.

Convenient spot in Pocatello. I was purchasing a car in town, and was comfortable and able to get around easily before I picked it up! The hotel isn't fancy, but the staff was nice, and the room was both larger and more comfortable than I'd expected. I'd happily stay here again, particularly when I'm on a budget.

Rooms are comfortable, clean and affordable (even with the exchange rate). Their breakfast facility is one of the best we’ve seen in any hotel. We stay here every time we travel to and from Phoenix. Highly recommend!
