This was a very sweet little place to stay. Everything looks new. The bed was so comfy I woke up thinking I was at home. My husband even liked the coffee in the room and he is particular! We had to drive a couple miles back into town for dinner which was amazing. Went to Rapid River Bar and Grill and being Friday night, they had an excellent fish fry, although their menu had lots of good selections. Drinks were $3.50 (wine/whiskey) which is unheard of. We will definitely stay there again if we travel that way.

The pool was awesome, kept my kids entertained for hours! The night staff font desk manager was so nice, very helpfull...you can tell she really enjoyed her job! The room was laid out well and very clean. The complementary was nice had your typical hotel breakfast options. The hotel is located just down the road from the main part of town, very nice short drive to get to places.

Very quiet for being along side a busy road, we didn’t hear a thing all night. LP the manager made sure we had coffee pot in our room and plenty of supplies he was very friendly. Probably stay here again in the future.

The room needs a little more attention.

The room needs a little more attention. It isn't completed fully with the renovations. It was cute. The bed is wayyyyy too tall for most people, especially for a short person and a very small dog. I was afraid for my pooch as he is 9 pounds and the bed was quite a leap. Breakfast is appreciated but it was all a sugar bomb. I'd rather have good coffee that is hot (this was not at all warm even). Honey buns for breakfast unless you're 8 is not a great breakfast. I'd prefer none which is what we had and went elsewhere. Maybe muffins or toast would be better but I know I probably would want some protein and when we return, we won't come expecting breakfast. Hot coffee would be enough.

Clean tidy motel with friendly staff.

Clean tidy motel with friendly staff. Lots of space on property to walk sit, relax. Grill available to cook outside. Fire pit in back of property if desire a fire at night. We would stay again. Traffic out front of motel a bit loud but it is a main traveled route in this area.

Great area to stay in, halfway between Marinette and...

Great area to stay in, halfway between Marinette and Mackinac. Plenty of shopping nearby and access to Lake Michigan Beach areas just down the road. Good restaurants in the area and beautiful scenery.
