I was surprise hw clean and organized the motel is. They cleaned my room everyday and changed the towels.

Edwin at the front desk was very helpful, very friendly. The room was spacious & clean. Bed linen was fresh. Beds were very comfortable. Location was great for us. As two women travelling alone we felt very safe.

This is a beautifully decorated place to stay with art on the walls typical of the Santa Fe area. The breakfast room is also lovely. The gym is well equipped. Plenty of places to park close to the entrance. There are luggage carts which help you get all of your things to your room with ease. Breakfast was better than the last few places we have stayed. We would definitely stay here again. There is an elevator to get you to the 2nd and third floors. Great range of TV channels from which you can choose. Fridge, microwave and a tea/coffee maker.

The property is quaint and historic. The rooms have a calming atmosphere. Above all the entire place is clean (my top item of importance). The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The Secreto Bar is also very nice and has knowledgeable staff.

Fantastic location, modern style especially compared to the old and tired standards near the Plaza. We also like the ease of getting in and out of the unit without the need for a front desk person.

My decision to stay here was the shuttle service (free) to the airport. And, being close to Walgreen’s & Walmart.

Butler service, continental breakfast and happy hour made our stay extra comfortable and leisurely. On demand shuttle was a lifesaver as we had snow and very cold temperatures…truly made it easy to get around in less than ideal weather. Appreciated the turn down service and upscale in room amenities.

Perfect location, beautiful hotel

Large and very comfortable rooms! Super comfy beds. It was so nice to have a fireplace in the room; even though it wasn't wood burning, it was still very cozy. Great location and EXCELLENT staff!!

We chose this hotel because all the 4 stars were already booked. Rated as a 3 star hotel it exceeded expectations… newly renovated tasteful New Mexican style decor. The room was very clean and the bed and pillows super comfortable….. super location. Easy walk to the plaza and restaurants and coffee shops. We were very happy with our stay. This place needs to be upgraded to 4 star! We did not eat at the hotel so I cannot comment about the food or breakfast.
