The entire room was beautiful. It was very clean without the overbearing odor of dirt and disinfectant. It was quiet. My only complaint was that on my floor, the ice maker didn't work. But, the next floor down did, a quick ride in the elevator and I had all the ice I needed. I will probably always stay at ohkay casino in Espanola every time I spend the night there.

For sure a bit pricey but every penny worth. The staff is great. Starts with the valley to the front desk and the restaurant personnel and as well the cleaning. The rooms are modern and very clean. Personally the cleanest I’ve seen in a long time! Breakfast was fresh and a big buffet. We would have loved to stay one more night hopefully next time.

I stayed at this little cabin for a solo getaway and it was perfect. The place was cozy, clean, and peaceful. The cool breeze, the thin mountain air, and the way the sun beamed through the clouds made it feel incredibly calming. The trees and the quiet surroundings made it the perfect escape from everyday stress.

Albuquerque completely won us over.
Albuquerque

Albuquerque completely won us over. We loved Old Town with its beautiful adobe buildings—it felt like stepping into a completely different world. The architecture, history, and atmosphere make it such a special place to wander around. One thing that really surprised us was how many charming neighborhoods there are, each with its own character. The city feels incredibly authentic and has so much more personality than we expected. We also loved how much wildlife you can see without even leaving the city. During our stay we spotted skunks, hawks, and hummingbirds, which made every walk even more exciting. Albuquerque has a unique charm that's hard to describe until you experience it yourself. It's a city full of character, beautiful scenery, and genuine Southwestern culture. We can't wait to visit again!

Restaurants closed to early.
Gallup

Restaurants closed to early. Applebees refused to serve my family because we had to many kids they said it was considered a party. Which were only babies. Fleamarket was ok. Some vendors were not friendly at all. Some were rude. Not enough time to do what you want at night for entertainment that is kid friendly. Would no longer make a stay out in Gallup again.

A pleasant community in the mountains. There are several nice places to eat and plenty of opportunity for hiking and sight seeing. The nearby Spencer Theater is our main reason for going to Ruidoso. It is wonderful, but so in the town itself.

great friendly little town. Can be noisy on weekends down on the strip due to vehicles displaying their loud exhausts. Lots of beautiful restored classic cars. Food is okay when you find local hole in the wall dives vs food chain places.

Farmington

I like Farmington, because it is a good base to visit sites like the Aztec Ruins, Chaco Canyon, Shiprock and Four Corners. We even drove up to Durango, Colorado. Next time we plan to visit Mesa Verde from Farmington. There are lots of restaurants in town and some nice places to buy souvenirs downtown and at the trading posts.

Alamogordo

Was deceptibly rated. Should be rated like other old street-side motel; around 4 or 5. But it was priced at Hampton In level. Old motel, not well maintained. The pillow had hairs on them Probaly was reused without washing. The room had flies that bothered us all night long.
