United StatesStayed in Los Banos for a friend’s birthday party and this was the closest hotel at a convenient price. I can’t complain. Bed was full size for just one person shower was spacious and the bathroom had the simple amenities of towels and soap. Thank God the heater was working on that cold night. It got too hot at one point. I’ll def book again next time I’m in the area.

The Mission is a little oasis - quiet, beautiful, great food...
The Mission is a little oasis - quiet, beautiful, great food and comfortable rooms. The artwork, landscaping, and interior features are a feast to the eyes. The extra facility amenities are great: pickleball/tennis court, pool, bocci, dog park/agility, nice gym and great bar and restaurant.

There's nothing really there but a perfect stopover back...
There's nothing really there but a perfect stopover back from Yosemite. Mexican food trick - La Jaliscience - was absolutely delicious and they were super friendly. Pea Soup Andersons is a hilarious concept and really welcoming there - lovely breakfast.

The Mission del Oro is a beautiful, very clean and comfortable dog-friendly hotel with an excellent restaurant. They even have a dog menu. The grounds are extensive, very well kept and inviting. We could have spent more time here and hope to come back.

Didn’t spend much time in Santa Nella, stayed there to visit...
Didn’t spend much time in Santa Nella, stayed there to visit a grave site at the Veterans Memorial Cemetery at San Joaquin, just a few miles away. The only thing that I could say about the town that I noticed, is that the traffic is terrible. It’s right on interstate 5, lots of truck traffic, with only 4 way stop signs at the intersection.

The rooms are excellent. Always very clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
I love the Spanish feel of the grounds and sitting by the fountain on a warm summer night. I also like that there are plenty of fast-food restaurants close by. But I recommend the restaurant at the hotel and the Indian restaurant across the street.
Mission De Oro is a beautiful hotel in the middle of nowhere but if you happen to be passing through while traveling north or south with your family I highly recommend this hotel. When booking ask about their family units.

The room descriptions on Booking.com are not accurate. I paid for a Triple room upgrade, which does not exist per staff at the hotel. I overpaid for a standard king room without a balcony view or microwave.

Really lovely hotel with really friendly helpful staff, particularly the great night security guy who got us booked in at 3.00am after a cancelled then much delayed flight from the UK. The hotel is excellent at every level, attractive, great staff, very comfortable room, and great breakfast. Thank you to all for showing how real customer care looks after 48 hours of British Airways then United Airlines showing how not to do it!

We stayed an extra night as Room was excellent large and clean, with great fridge and microwave, pool was nice hot tub was lovely. Hotel neat to excellent restaurant at the mission
