Awesome! House was so neat and clean. Well kept. Everything we need was there from blankets, pillows, utensils, appliances, towels. AC working great. Beautiful view of the beach that is just a few steps from the house. Very peaceful and safe. The owner/manager very accommodating. Parking space just right at the house backyard. It’s beyond our expectations that is why it’s highly recommended. We would love to come back on our next visit. Thank you so much.

We came to check out the surrounding area as both a vacation...

We came to check out the surrounding area as both a vacation and as a possible area for relocation in the future, would have liked more time to explore more, but the weather was very hot so we plan to try again in the fall. Had a couple of good meals in top sail, good lunch spot was ricks American, all around nice area . Drive to Wilmington for a sunset cruise, no sunset due to clouds but enjoyed it

The area we stayed at was about 4 miles from Top Sails beach. Great restaurants . Highly recommend the Japanese Ramen and Sushi restaurant within a 3 minute walking distance from the Hampton Inn Sneads Ferry. Lovely beach town

The staff was great! We loved the room.

The staff was great! We loved the room. Nothing to complain about except we wish we could of stayed a few more days to take in more of the beach!! But our plans are to definitely come back next year 2027!!

a small quiet town quite, a lot of interesting places where you can have a snack. A good Mexican restaurant opposite the hotel within walking distance. the beach is very close to the hotel, the city is very clean.

Small town, not much to do recreationally with families.

Small town, not much to do recreationally with families. You'd have to drive down to Surf City or further for activities besides the beach. Decent amount of restaurants but some are overpriced for what is offered, I'd recommend looking current prices up before going out to eat.

Love the area . The beach and nature trails are beautiful!

Love the area . The beach and nature trails are beautiful! Very relaxing and pet friendly! We spent all our time at topsail beach and exploring nature trails . We went for mother daughter time , picnics on the beach , sunsets , long walks , exploring. Perfect place for relaxation, love it !!

Check-in to the room was quick, the staff was attentive and kind. The room was spacious and clean enough. wonderful lighting of the toilet, corridor and main room. fresh breakfast, enough choice of products. We are traveling with small chihuahuas, there is a place to walk, very clean area around the hotel.

This cabin was a pleasant surprise! It is adorable and on the water! I had a debacle and the staff was very accommodating. They were also kind to invite me to join their 4th of July party. The property was very dog friendly and the host even put out dog bowls, a dog blanket on the couch, and a dog bed.

Location was easy to get to and easy to access in/out. Breakfast was adequate and included the basics found at other hotels. Lobby area was clean and inviting and the desk staff was very friendly.
