United StatesIt was exceptionally clean. The breakfast was excellent. The hot food was hot & fresh and the cold food was cold & fresh. It was constantly being maintained, there was variety of dishes to choose from, and everything was delicious. The room was spacious and clean. The front desk was friendly and very prompt with our needs. Thank you to all who work there.

The worst customer service, the inability to accommodate and...
The worst customer service, the inability to accommodate and the lies, just too much to deal with, lack of communication and did I mention the lies, I never saw the location because it was given to another family after we paid so if you want to be ripped off ($550) lied to and left with no options by all means use this company for your next stay

We had a wonderful stay at this home in Springboro! It was clean, cozy, and perfectly located close to all amenities and roadways, while still being peaceful in a quiet neighborhood. Todd and Mandi were exceptionally communicative hosts, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable visit.
We usually stay in places with just one bathroom, so we really appreciated the extra half bath and laundry facilities, which enhanced our stay. Overall, this was a fantastic rental and we look forward to returning.

I requested a refund because the hotel smelled like mold when we walked in. You told me that I would have to contact you facility and because we didn’t check in I would have to get my refund back from booking. So please refund my money.

The location of the hotel is excellent for the business I needed to conduct. The food was very good as well. The room was large and comfortable for 1-2 people. There were so many shops nearby as well, but it had just snowed, so very cold!
