The check-in staff was friendly and helpful enough. I let her know I wasn't happy about having to come back to Soldotna to check in, since I was in Soldotna when I made the booking. I felt that important information should be included in the booking confirmation. She handled it by ignoring the comment multiple times. She still has promise as a great employee. With a little more time on the job, she may gain better tools to deal with these kinds of issues.

There was no breakfast at this location but the ladies at the front desk directed us to a restaurant very close by that we were unaware of, and turned out to be our new favorite Soldotna breakfast/lunch place! We were in town for a wedding of former members of our youth program, and we decided last minute on 4th of July weekend not to come down with our camper. Our room was comfortable, quiet, the bed amazing!, the bathroom clean. We were glad to have been able to get a room on such short notice! The front desk communicated with us prior to arrival and everything was ready the moment we arrived! Excellent service!

The host was incredibly accommodating and offered the use of fishing gear and other equipment at a moment's notice. All indoor and outdoor cooking equipment and utensils we're well cared for and clean. A fully stocked kitchen and bathroom with very acceptable necessities. Location was great, close to shopping fishing food and drink but quite enough to still have a private space All agreed we would definitely book again!!
