The host was the sweetest lady. She had all the little things you might not think you need: cough medicine, tummy ache stuff, personal hygiene, a bunch of teas, coffee, oatmeal, and lots of other goodies. Easy to find. Seen moose on our stay.

The property owner was amazing. Quick to answer any questions I had. Made a few good recommendations as well. Would definitely stay here again.

About the Property Escape to the beauty of rural Soldotna and experience Alaska the way it was meant to be enjoyed—surrounded by towering spruce trees, fresh air, wildlife, and plenty of room to relax. Our guest house sits on a peaceful property where moose are regular visitors and guests may occasionally spot cranes, porcupines, and other local wildlife. The property is tucked back among the trees, creating a private and cozy atmosphere while still being close to everything the Kenai Peninsula has to offer. New for this season, we're excited to introduce our Alaska Glamping Experience! Guests staying in our new glamping tents can enjoy a unique blend of outdoor adventure and comfort while gathering around the community fire pits, sharing stories, roasting marshmallows, and making new friends from around the world. The guest house overlooks the glamping area, allowing guests to enjoy the lively atmosphere and campfire fun while still having their own private space to retreat to at the end of the day. Whether you're swapping fishing stories, planning tomorrow's adventure, or simply enjoying a beautiful Alaska sunset by the fire, there's always an opportunity to connect and create lasting memories. Reger Road is just steps away and is perfect for a morning walk, jog, or bike ride while taking in the sights and sounds of Alaska's wilderness. Whether you're here for world-class fishing, wildlife viewing, adventure, or simply to unwind under Alaska's big skies, our property offers a true Alaskan experience with a little something for everyone.
Meet Your Alaskan Host Welcome to my little corner of Alaska! My journey here has been quite an adventure. After spending years working in customer service and hospitality throughout Alaska, I had the opportunity to experience life in some of the state's most remote communities, including the rural Arctic Circle. From long summer days under the midnight sun to the rugged beauty of the Alaska bush, I fell in love with the Alaska lifestyle and the incredible people who call it home. In September 2021, I decided it was time to chase a dream that had been growing for years—owning and operating a true Alaska bed and breakfast. I wanted to create a place where visitors could experience genuine Alaskan hospitality, connect with nature, and make memories that last a lifetime. When you're here, don't be surprised if a moose wanders through the yard, a crane stops by for a visit, or you spot other local wildlife. Around here, nature is part of the neighborhood! I love sharing stories, recommending local adventures, and helping guests discover everything that makes the Kenai Peninsula such a special place. Whether you're here to fish world-famous rivers, explore scenic trails, photograph wildlife, or simply relax among the spruce trees, I'm excited to help you experience Alaska like a local. Grab a cup of coffee, settle in, and enjoy the Last Frontier—I can't wait to welcome you!
Rural Soldotna Retreat Nestled among beautiful trees in a quiet rural setting, this property offers a peaceful Alaska experience while still being conveniently located near Soldotna. Homes are set back from the road, providing privacy and a natural atmosphere. Reger Road offers a great opportunity for guests to enjoy a walk, jog, or bike ride (bring your own bicycle) while taking in the surrounding scenery and fresh air. One of the things I love most about living here is the local wildlife. Moose frequently visit the property, and guests may occasionally spot bears, sandhill cranes, porcupines, and other native Alaska wildlife. It's a wonderful place to relax and enjoy nature right outside your door. Whether you're looking for a quiet getaway or a base for exploring the Kenai Peninsula, this rural Soldotna location provides a comfortable and authentic Alaska experience.
