This is the review I left for it along with several pics I took there… This stay far exceeded my expectations. We were welcomed by Ken, the owner, who gave us a tour around the property and I was just in awh the whole time. I don’t know if I just overlooked it while booking, because my main reason for booking this room was the jacuzzi tub, because I did not know just what all booking this room was going to consist of. What a wonderful, pleasant and fun surprise it was to stay at this beautiful property. From the cute little statues, the waterfall, and coy pond which made this property so pretty, it’s the special touches like the fur covered rocking chairs outside your room with a cozy blanket in each chair to keep you warm while enjoying your morning coffee. But it’s the game room that really made our stay that extra bit of fun, and we took advantage of it by playing pool, air hockey which has always been my favorite arcade game, ping pong, and a few other games. Loved the gas log fire place in our room that kept us very warm and cozy. I loved everything about this stay, including meeting and chatting with the nice couple who was next door to us from Ohio, who come to stay at this property several times a year. It was just a wonderful place to stay, that was very cozy and peaceful. I hope you enjoy your stay just as much as we did.

We were very pleased with our cabin, the lady let us check in early and was very sweet. The cabin was clean and had a very relaxing atmosphere. This was our first time going to Telico Plains and definitely will be going back.

Great little town located at the start of the Cherohala...

Great little town located at the start of the Cherohala Skyway. A perfect place to stay and explore the mountains. Small town has plenty of quaint restaurants and shopping. Very quiet town and everyone is very friendly.

Tellico Plains is a well kept secret little mountain town...

Tellico Plains is a well kept secret little mountain town that has tons to offer. They have waterfalls, beautiful lake, campgrounds, hiking trails and great food choices. Tellico Grains bakery is the best. Short drive from Murphy, NC or Chattanooga, TN. If yo are in the area it is so worth a closer look. Also this is the gateway to the Cherohala Skyway, a magnificent mountain ridge drive with spectacular overlooks on your way to Robbinsville, NC

The cabin is an excellent retreat for adults as well as...

The cabin is an excellent retreat for adults as well as children, it offers numerous possibilities or things to do,it is spacious for it's size. My wife and myself found it very relaxing for our anniversary trip, we visited different restaurants in area as well as different attractions, it has a local farmers market with the produce grown by the Amish, they sell produce also woodcrafts products.Tellico Plains offers numerous things to do or visit for the young to the elderly.

Beautiful little town close to some of the most amazing...

Beautiful little town close to some of the most amazing driving roads and scenery one could ask for. The culture for driving in this area in amazing. Even on my way into Tennessee accidentally hitting some the twisty backroads I had multiple people pull off and let me pass them. They knew why I was there in the car I was in, to drive! They were so polite about it too! Very much a culture shock in a way compared to back home where I get run off the road regularly with no regard at all. I can't wait to return and drive more of the roads and see more of the beautiful scenery. In fact I'm looking to relocate closer so I can come there more often. Everything was incredible. I loved the Tellico Grains Bakery right next door to the Inn. I had their breakfast sandwhich every morning and it was always delicious. The Tellico Beach Drive-In was also excellent, especially given what you got for the price. Also I got to see fireflies for the first time since I was a small child. That really brought me back to my early years and I was so happy to see them. Hitting the Cherohala Skyway to get to the Tail of the Dragon and the Fontana Dam was absolutely breathtaking! Endless sweeping roads with multiple turn offs to take in the insanely beautiful views. The Dragon was everything is was hyped to be. Better than any rollercoaster and cheaper too! This area is now my "Happiest Place On Earth". I CAN'T WAIT TO RETURN!

The town was very cute.

The town was very cute. The Tellico Grains Bakery was fantastic. There are hikes, and great scenic roads in the area. It was early spring so to cold for Tubing. We will try to come back in the summer to check out fishing and tubing.

Indian Boundary Lake, Bald River Falls, and Huckleberry Knob...

Indian Boundary Lake, Bald River Falls, and Huckleberry Knob are always my three favorite places to visit. Restaurants: Iron Works Grille and Telicafe were both fantastic. There are some shops in downtown Tellico with outdoor goods, souvenirs, and home decor that were awesome as well.
