We truly enjoyed our stay at this lovely home just 15 minutes from Bryce Canyon. The location is perfect - peaceful, quiet, and surrounded by beautiful nature. At night, the sky was absolutely stunning: incredibly dark, filled with countless stars. The house itself is very cozy and thoughtfully furnished. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. Everything felt well-maintained and welcoming. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast. The host prepared it herself, and it tasted like a warm, homemade meal - fresh and truly delicious. We appreciated it so much. Our host was incredibly kind and generous with her time. She gave us many great suggestions on how to plan our day in Bryce Canyon, and her advice was genuinely helpful, it made our visit even better. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Bryce Canyon. Wonderful location, cozy home, delicious breakfast, and an outstanding host, we would happily stay here again.

The cabins were great. Out flight was canceled due to bad weather so we missed the first night and we were not refunded. Wondering if we could get refunded?

Small, quiet hotel in the very small town of Tropic just minutes from Bryce Canyon NP. (Once you’re in Bryce Canyon, you can look down on the town of Tropic from Bryce Point.) This hotel is very clean, with a coffee pot and a few snacks. The staff was very friendly. The bed was very comfortable, and we slept very well. Restaurants, gas, and a coffee shop are within easy walking distance.

The bungalow was perfect, a real home away from home: beautifully designed and furnished, charming, with a secluded and private view to the canyon. I slept on the queen Murphy bed in the dining area (while my friend was in the sleeping room) and it was so comfortable; plus the location is really silent so we slept peacefully and felt regenerated after a 10 hours drive. Sadly we stayed only one night but I definitely want to go back again to enjoy the surrounding area more and the bungalow.

This little town is a good place to spend the night, but doesn't really offer anything aside from a restaurant with live country music and a pretty natural setting. Its a place to stay overnight while you participate in the nearby activities related to the national park and general outdoors.

All of Tropic and into Bryce Canyon City was beautiful!

All of Tropic and into Bryce Canyon City was beautiful! A close by trail that we did was Mossy Cave. The trail is short, had water running in the creek, and a waterfall. We had a great Chuckwagon dinner at Ebenezer's and enjoyed the Bryce Canyon Wranglers' show.

Tropic was a cute little town just 15 minutes from Bryce Canyon. There are many small cabin hotels which I like better than the big hotels and some great restaurants. We enjoyed Showdowns right in town, Stone Hearth Grill, more fine dining and Sky Nova Cafe, Bar & Grill at Clear Sky Resorts in Cannonville.

Tropic is an awesome safe and mellow little town that serves as an ideal base for visiting the park. Good facilities, to include, coffee shop, gas station with store, diner, restaurants and lodgings. If we stayed longer we definitely would have checked out some of the local attractions we saw advertised such as rodeo and horse rides.

Quiet, friendly, family oriented town.

Quiet, friendly, family oriented town. I felt safe walking around the entire town any time of day or night. Prices were a little steep in all the stores and eateries as you would expect from a town so close to tourist attractions.

Tropic is a great home base from which to explore Bryce Canyon, as it's so close by but quiet. The Pizza Place, in town, is really solid pizza and beer and good service. Aside from that, though, it's slim pickings food-wise: I recommend bringing your own and staying someplace where you can self cater as much as possible.

Lovely place to stay! Very welcoming hosts and beautiful house. Our room was comfortable, clean and characterful. Best breakfast of our whole trip! Fresh fruit, cooked waffles with bacon/ pancakes with sausage- delicious! Short drive to Bryce National Park- a sensational location. Would certainly recommend this bed and breakfast - so much more personal than big hotels. Great to hear about the family run farm and get tips about local things, as well as meeting other travellers from different states and countries.

The location was perfect. A nice restaurant was nearby. The check-in process was smooth. Our room was spacious. Decorations and toiletries were good to have. For the given price, I would say it was over our expectations. Breakfast was nicely cooked, homemade, coffee options were great ( drip and expresso machine). As it's an old house, rooms were not sound proof which was expected. The host was really nice and welcoming. Rooms were clean

The location! Only 15min from Bryce. And it was very clear!! Probably the cleanest room we got during our time in the US. We even stayed at known more expensive hotels, but this was much cleaner and better quality for the money we paid. Nice surprise! It’s rather basic but you have everything you need (good shower, fridge, microwave, a/c, hairdryer,….) and itt looks really cute.

I found the property to be the perfect stay to visit Byce Canyon. The Park is only a few minutes drive away. Nearby are supermarket and a nice playground. My wife went for a morning jogging and took some beautiful pictures back. The staff was so kind and the talks during breakfast so nice. I highly recommend this stay.
