This was a very nice, comfortable apartment for our short stay. Susan was very welcoming and accommodating. The property is beautiful and in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The apartment has all of the amenities that you do not find in a hotel room.

If you are looking for peace and tranquility this is the place for you. The property is located in the foothills of Vista. You see the natural beauty of Vista. The property is well kept. The landscaping blends well with the surrounding area. You hear the birds not traffic. I enjoyed sitting outside listening to the sounds of nature. The apartment is perfect for get aways. It is well kept and very clean.The owners Susan and Rich are kind and accommodating. I will definitely book with them again. Shelby Johnson

After I lost my apartment due to loss of income, I was forced to live in hotels from Oct 2025 until last week, March 9, only leaving when the 21-day policy required that I check out for a couple of days. I found the accommodations at this location to be more than adequate as far as space in the room, refrigerator and microwave, WiFi connection and comfort of our beds just to name a few. The front desk staff was amazing!! Always friendly and helpful. Since I was a "resident" for so long, the staff knew me by name and even remembered my room number each time I left and returned. Juan was my initial contact and his superior customer service continued throughout my stay - always a smile and friendly greeting for me! Mariah and Julia were equally as friendly, always helpful. Lori, as a management figure, went above and beyond customer service - several times helping me out when my finances were temporarily limited. The only negative thing I can comment on is the property claiming to be 100% smoke free. Because the smoking guests would be outside smoking at all hours of the day, it was almost impossible to enforce this policy unless a staff member is in the parking lot 24/7 telling them where to smoke. The smoking guests didn't adhere to this policy, most of the time smoking right next to the building causing the smoke smell to be way to frequent. My overall review of this location is that I was comfortable and pleased with my whole experience.

We spent most of the time in San Marcos.

We spent most of the time in San Marcos. Found a wonderful Italian restaurant for dinner called Nucci's on Melrose in Vista. Went back the next day for lunch. Weather is always nice there. Had a small group morning cruise through boat rental on Lake San Marcos. Pilot yourself boat was easy. Two hours of beautify scenery watching the ducks while enjoying the quiet. Everyone friendly from staff to other boaters. Went to Quail Gardens in Escondido for holiday after dark light walk, starts at 4 pm. Enjoyed fine dining at a San Bernardo restaurant named Carvers. Open for dinners only. Reservations are a must.

The stay was good. The hotel is in a good location.

The stay was good. The hotel is in a good location. The rooms were clean and heard no noise from other rooms. Carlsbad is a very nice place. The staff were friendly and were polite. I would recommend it to other travelers.

Vista, CA is becoming an interesting place to visit.

Vista, CA is becoming an interesting place to visit. We have family in the area and always find new places to enjoy together. An amazing guitar player is at Bleching Beaver on Wed evening 6 to 8pm. The outside area is a place to relax with family and friends. Sunday evenings there is country and western dancing at a place on Main Street. Smitty's offers Karaoke many nights of the week-it has been a staple in Vista for 22 years. Best Time Pizza is another great meeting place. Handel's ice cream also has a line that moves fast. We enjoy exploring Vista and keep finding new places.

The apartment was perfect and had room for my group. Location seems safe. Not a great view, but the price is good and accomodations comfortable. Beds were pretty good and the couch was ok. A tad small, but it is an apartment so I expected that. I would definitely stay again.

Everything. It is the best hotel we had in our 4 week roadtrip. Also the breakfast was great ! Ubfortunatly we didnt try the dinner as we went into san diego to eat.
