United StatesThis hotel is very clean. The staff is amazing and went out of their way to help me and my family. The one lady at the front desk even clocked in early to help me change rooms because a king size bed became available. And she bought my daughter and niece snacks. I will definitely be coming back.

An older motel. But it was very nice.
An older motel. But it was very nice. It made it easy for people with a bit of a handicap.. Nice walk in shower. Staff polite. And close to a small mall, Apple Bee's and a Walmart. West Branch is a very nice small town. It also has a nice down town with shops and an old nostalgic movie theater. Seating not that good.

The facility is a bit dated but very comfortable.
The facility is a bit dated but very comfortable. Close to the highway but there was no road noise during the night. Price was great. For the ferugfal traveler who wants comfort and affordability instead of spending gobs of money for a room that you're only going to sleep in. We had plenty of furniture, TV, shower and other amenities and a very nice outside area to enjoy.
