Excellent personnel, higher level cleanliness, Reception staff fulfilled all my requests.. Nice big pool cleaned and chlorinated daily. Cozy Roof top Breakfast and snacks available any time. This hotel could be easily a 4 star, i definitely be back.

Amazing boutique hotel in a very convenient part of town. Just up the main stretch and accessible easily by the green metro line. Large market nearby as well where you can get proper goods and produce that are not jacked up like in the normal bazaars. The staff were extremely hospitable and kind to me. They even surprised me on my birthday with a cake in my room. The room was clean and spacious and a joy to stay and sleep in.

Staying at Sayohat is like stepping back in time. The hotel still has a distinct Soviet-era atmosphere, which makes it a great choice if that is what you are looking for, which we were. The reception staff were excellent. They checked us in late at night on two occasions, even though reception officially closes at midnight, and were always helpful with anything we needed, including helping us wash our clothes which was ready within a few hours. The rooms were spacious, with balconies and plenty of storage, and amenities were replenished during cleaning. The internet also worked very well, which was important for our work online. The location is also excellent, with plenty of restaurants nearby and easy access to the metro.
