My visit to Phezulu Safari Park was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, every staff member made us feel welcome with their warm hospitality and professionalism. The game drive was refreshing, enjoyable, and highly informative. Our guide was knowledgeable and passionate, taking the time to explain the animals, their behaviors, and their habitats in such an engaging way that made the experience even more special. A special compliment to the chef and restaurant staff for the delicious food and excellent service. Every meal was prepared with care and presented beautifully. The park itself is exceptionally well maintained and thoughtfully decorated, perfectly reflecting the theme and natural beauty of the venue. Every detail contributes to a unique and authentic safari experience. Thank you to the entire team for creating such wonderful memories. Your dedication, friendliness, and attention to detail are truly appreciated. I highly recommend Phezulu Safari Park to anyone looking for an outstanding wildlife and hospitality experience.

i was arriving late and had booked last minute. i was hungry and knew that their restaurant was already closed because i called prior to arrival. They knew i was looking for food, so when i arrived late in the evening Annie had made me a lovely sandwich. i stay here a few times a year and the staff is exceptional and the rooms are nice and clean. highly recommend.

This is literally a home away from home. The place is well secluded but near places to catch a bite. The privacy is really exclusive and the reception was the best I have ever received from a host. We were made to feel so welcomed and would never hesitate to come back.

I really enjoyed my stay it was the second time coming to...

I really enjoyed my stay it was the second time coming to this place’s and it’s always a fun time,the staff members are so nice especially Mthoko the tour guy at the reptile park he was the sweetest and the kindest he was so welcoming,he told us about the history of the park it was interesting and very informative,I even over came my fear of snakes coz he was very encouraging and made me hold it,he made it feel so safe..I will be telling my family and friends to come experience the park,I really do wish Mthoko the best of luck for his future he treated me and my partner so well,we left so happy with smiles in our faces our heart was full,I will most definitely come back for the third time

The Loft itself at Hunter's View is a serene environment,...

The Loft itself at Hunter's View is a serene environment, the accommodation is well priced considering that it has everything you would need; from basic kitchen utensils, to a few spices, even a microwave and a mini oven with stove. There's a fridge that cools items pretty fast. The bathroom has a basic toilet and shower facility and the bedroom area is a small Cosy space. Outside has a Lapa and braai facility with stunning views of the mountains which is what makes the place a true gem. Every experience depends on our own perception. The owner and staff were accommodating towards us. And there's nothing that we disliked. It's was a positive, tranquil and enjoyable experience for us.
