Firstly, the condition of the room was below acceptable standards. The room was not properly maintained, and it did not meet basic expectations in terms of cleanliness and comfort. This created an unpleasant environment and impacted the overall quality of the stay. Secondly, the reception service was disappointing. The level of professionalism, responsiveness, and general customer care provided at reception was inadequate. There was a lack of attentiveness and urgency in addressing guest needs, which further added to the negative experience. Overall, the service standards at the guest house fall short of what is expected, and this requires urgent attention. Your prompt response will be highly appreciated Major concerns: - rooms not fitted with aircon - installed wall heater very sluggish - Water not warm enough and pressure very low. no prior warning about why and the contingency plan?? - Second room walls dirty and old perishable stuff kept in the cupboard in the kitchen - Steam Iron hot beverages ingredients (sugar / milk) not supplied on time Overall impression, reception not welcoming at all
