The property is well located and peaceful, there does...

The property is well located and peaceful, there does however need to be adjustments to the description of the Bungalow in that the stairs to the bed upstairs are steep and impractical. The Tiny House is a great room and personally I loved the outside kitchen, but security felt lacking with only a zip to close up at night. The hot pool needs to be hand pumped by someone and can't be filled by the person staying over. For a semi-rustic experience, it was great.

loved it, just the road into the property needs real Maintenace. I am thinking if it rains whilst you are there with a small car. you might not be able to leave -and kindly travel during the day. our experience was horrific because we arrived at night (they might want to consider having lights from their entrance .it looks dark and creepy at night it makes you feel lost

We stayed at Monkey Mountain Family lodge.

We stayed at Monkey Mountain Family lodge. We were not informed that Vodacom did not work there or that wifi was erratic. We could notallow ourselves to be cut off from civilisation. I have an interview for my Wits Masters Degree on Monday and knew that the problem of internet connectivity would ruin my program. Which is part of the reason we left. Secondly the indemnity we signed upon arrival made us realize that the place was not secure. End//

Thula meetse is like a small heaven.

Thula meetse is like a small heaven. Peaceful, quiet and you just hear the sound of water. The staff and management are very friendly and welcoming. It was our first stay there but definitely not my last

We had a wonderful time.

We had a wonderful time. The distance to the venue from our home was just right. The roads and access were very good and no need for an off-road vehicle. The staff was wonderful and the service excellent. The accommodation was first class with ample space and classy finishes. Will definitely go back for a weekend!
