Family run safari camp with hands on owners who love conservation and take great pride in the excellence of their guides. The guides were very knowledgeable and a special shout out to Abram who is wise beyond his years. We saw great wildlife up close and personal whilst still feeling totally safe. We did both a driven safari and a walking guided safari - both were excellent and memorable. The lodge was very special and Mare, a hand reared antelope, hangs out near the lodge, which is delightful.

Indalu Game Reserve is located 19 mi outside of Mossel Bay. Guests enjoy the convenience of BBQ facilities and free parking.

The whole place was so beautiful, cosy and clean and everything we needed was there, to the smallest detail and more! The bed was super comfy, the couches was nice, the braai area lovely and the views was incredible.

This is a very unique stay. A little hand built "hobbit" home, tucked away in a green valley. This house is a testament to great engineering and art combining into something very special. The word "magical" comes to mind the moment one takes it in. The sounds of birds, frogs and soft rain kept us company during the night. One lies in bed and looks through the oddly circular window, straight into the thick green carpet of undergrowth. Maybe spotting a spider weaving a web. All while the outside fauna is luring for a piece of all this by crawling into spaces between roof and wall, bringing the nature even closer inside.
