I like that the place is clean with clear instruction on how to access to your room and there is enough towels and goodies like biscuits that was a very warm welcome. 1. poor breakfast, no eggs or cheese and anything delicious just 2 slices of bread and as a couple that means we have to share two slices of bread with no eggs just butter. 2. We woke up in the morning there is absolutely no water no hot water and no cold water so we had to leave all the way to JHB without bathing, very disappointed with that. 3. Netflix was not playing, i mean that should be checked before guests come in. 4. The aircon was not working to its standards, very low heat but when you open cool dry comes out as expected at a high speed. 4. Even the wifi was very slow, youtube was playing at 360p so we could barely see the pictures and tik tok was not loading also.
