This eclectic treasure is run by beautiful people who can't do enough to please and help. The food service is so quick and fresh. The whole place shouts skill, love and talent. Honesty bar is a bonus too. When I arrived at night the bed lights were on in my room.... so comforting.

Safe, Clean, a lot of eating places on the same premises. The breakfast that is included is really generous buffet style breakfast, friendly professional staff.

We felt as if at home. Everyone was so helpfull and concern due to my total knee replacement. The excitement of the Wold Cup Rugby games added to a wonderful atmosphere amongst the people and staff.

I loved the peace and quiet that the hotel managed to offer. While finer-dining is not really my forte, it was truly excellent as an exploration of flavours and textures. The facilities were clean and wonderful, the staff made it absolutely magical.

The welcome experience by Patricia in the morning and Charlie when we were checking out was exceptional. The breakfast was amazing and Emmanuel ensured we were well taken care of. We will definitely be back.

Having someone to escort us to our rooms made it easier to locate them. Later in the evening we were also provided with emergency lights in preparation for the expected load shedding. Great planning on their part.
