Staff are very hospitable, especially Silindile, Nonto, and Sabelo. Lakeside view is exceptional. The warm jacuzzi after my first mountain hike was a treat!

Location was safe and quiet and good for access to Sani Pass, Himeville, Underberg shopping, Cobham Ezemvelo Reserve and Kenmo Park. Hostess Erika was very friendly and attentive, lit the donkey burner and checked in with us when we returned a bit late. She went out of her way to be kind and helpful. This area is spectacular in autumn. It was very good value for a "campsite", with everything we needed, even an airfryer ! We didn't even need to erect our tent or use much of our own equipment, as the sleeper couch and all the basics were provided, even wifi.

The place was very accommodating and beautiful, I loved that the rooms had en- suites and had privacy. The cleanliness of the place was very good. The views of the mountains were absolutely breath-taking,it was so peaceful and quiet. The lake was amazing. Overall it was an awesome experience. The staff and Wihaan were very helpful and friendly. We will definitely be back!

Very quaint, fairly spacious, and lovely views. Decor is lovely and we were pleasantly surprised by how comfy it was. One bathroom is modern and the other old, but comfortable nonetheless. Comfy mattresses and pillows.

The mansion is beautiful and its location near the pound is fabulous. The place is wild, yet not so far from a city which is convenient and close to a nice golf course. Georgia was very efficient in guiding us to reach the place. It was difficult to leave the place!..

The most beautiful accommodation I stayed during my time in South Africa. Ripon Cottage is truly a gem. Host was courteous, easy to work with, and had great suggestions.
