The breakfast was excellent with its wide variety, The staff was delightful and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. Their recommended taxi driver for us was really nice, timely , patient and very familiar with his country and surroundings and kept us safe.

The rooms were clean and the staff were kind and helpful. No issues with check-in or checkout. Breakfast was included and good. Some items could be kept warmer. We had dinner 2 nights and the meals were excellent. Only issue for us was the lack of an elevator but ground floor rooms were available.

Everyone was very helpful very kind and all the time there for you I recommend it for everyone who wants to have a nice time in Lusaka

The airport shuttle was punctual. The staff were very friendly and professional doing their best to help guests enjoy their stay. The room was spacious and had all the needed elements of convenience [complimentary toiletries, water bottles, kettle and an assortment of beverages (tea, coffee, and herbal teas), and a perfect wardrobe with a safe and an ironing set]. The complimentary breakfast included both national and international items to accommodate different tastes. The location of the hotel is very convenient with two malls within a walking distance. It is good location and safety

Reception was very friendly and accommodating to my group of 10 and our trip leader and driver. The hotel was in a quiet and safe location within walking to shopping. The room were clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and kind.

I stayed at Best Western Plus Paramount Hotel Lusaka from 22–24 May and enjoyed my experience so much that I extended my stay. The staff were exceptional—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. When I mentioned a small noise issue with my room, they promptly moved me to another room without any hassle, which showed how much they care about guest comfort. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of food that changed daily, so there was always something different to enjoy. The outdoor restaurant was another highlight, serving delicious food and offering a great atmosphere for relaxing with shisha in the evenings. The hotel's location is one of its biggest advantages. It is within walking distance of Manda Hill Shopping Mall and conveniently close to Levy Junction Mall. The area felt safe, and transportation was never an issue, with public transport nearby and staff readily available to assist with arranging Yango rides. Overall, I felt genuinely looked after throughout my stay. The combination of outstanding service, great food, comfortable rooms, and an excellent location makes this one of the best hotels I have stayed at in Lusaka. I will definitely be booking here again on future visits. Stable Internet. Amazing place

The property was great but didn’t enjoy their food

Everything! This hotel meets European standards. The room was clean and spacious, the staff friendly and helpful, the breakfast rich in variety and quality, the pool and the garden very beautiful. The location is good as well, next to a local market and of course next to a mall which is very convenient.
