The hotel is brand new, very nice (even more than the photos), the staff is profesional, fast to respond and always happy to help. Special Thanks to Naomi who made lots of efforts to help me in the check in process while I had a problem with the payment.
The food at the hotel is very good, and the prices are good as well. Everything was great and I'm glad that I had the opportunity to stay in this hotel.

I stayed at Best Western Plus Paramount Hotel Lusaka from 22–24 May and enjoyed my experience so much that I extended my stay. The staff were exceptional—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. When I mentioned a small noise issue with my room, they promptly moved me to another room without any hassle, which showed how much they care about guest comfort.
The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of food that changed daily, so there was always something different to enjoy. The outdoor restaurant was another highlight, serving delicious food and offering a great atmosphere for relaxing with shisha in the evenings.
The hotel's location is one of its biggest advantages. It is within walking distance of Manda Hill Shopping Mall and conveniently close to Levy Junction Mall. The area felt safe, and transportation was never an issue, with public transport nearby and staff readily available to assist with arranging Yango rides.
Overall, I felt genuinely looked after throughout my stay. The combination of outstanding service, great food, comfortable rooms, and an excellent location makes this one of the best hotels I have stayed at in Lusaka. I will definitely be booking here again on future visits. Stable Internet. Amazing place

Everything was exceptional. The staff genuinely understand customer service. And it is not pretend. They behave as if they are welcoming people to their own homes. The food was fantastic. What a spread for the breakfast.
The location on the Zambezi River also added to the ambience
And the joy of unexpectedly seeing a giraffe or two. Even the pesky monkeys were joyful

Proximity to the falls on Zambian side. Excellent welcome and guidance about activities. Honest and humble people, the guides were all correct and not abusive on their tariffs. The possibility of having dinner at the sister hotel Royal Hotel was a plus.
