Our stay was very good , very confortable and elegant rooms, the rooms are modern and very clean , calm with a nice view with sunrise early in the morning.Employees very friendly and professional.Breakfast was very very super , nice buffer with a lot of choice and very tasty.SUPER.

I loved the location. The East Park mall was right there. The staff was super friendly and made sure to accommodate anything I needed.

Breakfast was amazing. The rounds are beautiful and we enjoyed a quiet walk to the brewery restaurant in the evening. Though out of town, the option of restaurants is awesome

Everything! This hotel meets European standards. The room was clean and spacious, the staff friendly and helpful, the breakfast rich in variety and quality, the pool and the garden very beautiful. The location is good as well, next to a local market and of course next to a mall which is very convenient.

I stayed at Best Western Plus Paramount Hotel Lusaka from 22–24 May and enjoyed my experience so much that I extended my stay. The staff were exceptional—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. When I mentioned a small noise issue with my room, they promptly moved me to another room without any hassle, which showed how much they care about guest comfort. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of food that changed daily, so there was always something different to enjoy. The outdoor restaurant was another highlight, serving delicious food and offering a great atmosphere for relaxing with shisha in the evenings. The hotel's location is one of its biggest advantages. It is within walking distance of Manda Hill Shopping Mall and conveniently close to Levy Junction Mall. The area felt safe, and transportation was never an issue, with public transport nearby and staff readily available to assist with arranging Yango rides. Overall, I felt genuinely looked after throughout my stay. The combination of outstanding service, great food, comfortable rooms, and an excellent location makes this one of the best hotels I have stayed at in Lusaka. I will definitely be booking here again on future visits. Stable Internet. Amazing place

The rooms were clean and the staff were kind and helpful. No issues with check-in or checkout. Breakfast was included and good. Some items could be kept warmer. We had dinner 2 nights and the meals were excellent. Only issue for us was the lack of an elevator but ground floor rooms were available.

My overall stay was good. The staff were amazing at every turn even to remembering my tea order in morning and how I like it. I did not use the facilities much except for the dining room and lounge...
