Great security. Great pool. Great location. Plenty of parking.This particular unit is right in front of the beach. I spent a lot of time on the patio facing the ocean. Central air conditioning that works very well. Good hot water. Good washer and dryer. Comfortable beds. Very good Wi-Fi, I tested download speeds around 500 Mbps and uploads around 30 Mbps. There's a restaurant / coffee shop right next door, literally 40 steps from the patio, easy morning coffee. There's also a paved walkway right in front of the patio that's really good for morning walks that will take you all the way to Crocs casino. I've never seen more than four people at the pool at one time, it's a nice quiet place. I've been to Jaco a few times, this was my first time at Ron's condo, the value is hard to beat.

Clean, 2 full bathrooms, well equipped kitchen (although we didn’t use it much but always a nice to have). AC, pool view, modern furniture and confortable mattresses for the main beds. 2 blocks away from beach. If you like to walk you can go downtown by it might be better in car (only a couple of minutes), in general best to avoid walking in lonely places during the evening in Jaco. Pull is tempered water and shared facilities and all modern and comfortable.
