Condos in Ocotal

The condo at Azul Paraiso was outstanding. Very comfortable with a huge balcony overlooking the pool and the ocean. We loved our stay.

Nice pools, a bit musty apartment, but good a/c, odd and inappropriate that they sent maintenance out to fix something that wasn’t an issue for us - would have preferred this being done after we left. We only stayed a couple nights.

I like the location, it’s walking distance from the beach. It’s also in an enclosed community which makes you feel safer. The pool is gorgeous. It’s a small apartment but fine for a group of 3-4 adults. The host was great, very fast with replying to concerns and helping as much as possible. The AC is fantastic especially when it’s hot and humid.

Everyone at the property was very friendly and helpful! Entry to the property was easy and parking was nicely located near the stairs leading to the condo. The view was amazing and the entire place was spotless. Thanks!

We have stayed in this apartment twice now, we love it. The community is safe and friendly, the apartment is very nice. Will recommend and stay again

VERY good location across from beach and short walk to the center. Quiet and the neighbors were all friendly.

Location was great. Only a few minutes walk from the beach & great proximity to restaurants

The place is pretty well located. The unit was clean and came with plenty of cooking utensils. Also came equipped with beach chairs, and towels. It even had a drying rack for drying stuff outside.

Living area and master were spacious. Unit was well equipped, the in-unit washer/dryer was very handy. Appreciated the fan and yellow light on patio. Grounds were pretty. The “pool-view” in title was a stretch but we certainly had close access to pools.
