My place is close to restaurants, family-friendly activities, the beach, supermarket is walking distance, all services, nightlife and variety of souvenirs, and shops. You’ll love my place because of the people, the outdoors space, close to the pool but not too close! there are several pools to enjoy, the neighborhood is very quiet and safe. Condo has lush gardens, nice front patio and balcony on the second level. The condo is located only a 30 minutes' drive to Daniel Oduber (LIR) International Airport.
I love the beach, and especially the beautiful beaches of Guanacaste, that is why I bought this property. I enjoy going there to relax and forget about the stressful life of the city.
Playas del Coco is one of the more popular beach towns in the country for both Costaricans and tourists. It’s well-known for being a family friendly town and favorite party spot for the holidays. It is full of nightlife and fun activities to do such as scuba diving, sport fishing, and snorkeling. It is located only a 5 minutes’ drive to Hermosa and Panama beaches, just to name some of the most beautiful beaches of the Pacific Ocean, in Guanacaste . Playas del Coco is a popular place for expatriates or retirees of North America as it offers a relaxed and easy living style with highly agreeable weather year round. The condo and the area are located only a 30 minutes' drive to Daniel Oduber (LIR) International Airport.
