Condos in Nice

Location and conditions excellent. Cleaning sponges were missing, and the fridge handle was detached from face cabinet (so could only be opened from bottom edge), but these were minor issues.

We have never stayed in a short term rental that has everything you could possibly need. This was it. Not only comfortable and spotless but all kinds of extras were provided including a full selection of cooking items, flour, pastas, oils, spices etc. masses of good dishes, pots, pans and glasses. The balcony was large and lovely. It is in a neighbourhood overlooking a local high school, so people spotting was never boring! Close to the very useful #33 bus. We did not use the pool but it looked very clean and secluded. The owner was very responsive.

Wonderful location, lovely sized condo. A bit noisy at night. Very roomy and airy. Great size living room and kitchen and bedrooms. Bathroom shower water pressure was very low and the grout in the shower were moldy. We loved the condo and would go back. Host was very nice but we wished he would’ve met us at the property rather than ask us to pick up keys from their office which was a 10-15 minute walk and with 32 Celsius heat and three large suitcases it wane quite inconvenient. Also they only give one set of keys. I was traveling with my adult children who could’ve definitely used another set of keys.

The location was excellent overlooking the promenade, but it could get noisy with the traffic and the people with the door open.

The location was perfect , very close to the main train station and walking distance to lots of restaurants and shops. The host were both attentive and friendly
