Great location 👌 clean and the lady who arranged was awesome. Make sure to let them know if you have a vehicle. I made that mistake and had no parking. Called the booking agent or realtor and she took care of it. Awesome service. Will book everything I am here.

In general, everything was great. I liked the place because it was cozy, comfortable, and clean. I rented this condo because I just wanted to visit and try staying in a condo in Dumaguete. I am in a work-from-home set-up, and the internet was very fast. I can say I never encountered any fluctuating signal.The self check-in was very easy and fast. You don’t need someone to assist you; they will give you the information and directions to follow. You just need to carefully read what they send you. I would love to stay here again. It’s on the 10th floor, not noisy, and restaurants are very near. You can easily hail a bus or tricycle if you want to go to the airport. The host was also very responsive too 🥰
