This was my first time using booking.com and a vrbo type rental, and to be fair I was not 100% confident of how this would turn out. I was blown away. The condo has just been redone and is beautiful, very clean, excellent (and much needed) A/C. It’s very well appointed and decorated. Comfy bed and lounger, great balcony facing the park and water. The location is excellent. Having an onsite reception was great! If you are going to Cedar Key DONT HESITATE, book this one! You wont regret it.

The condo was well furnished and super clean. It is within walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the beach. The balcony is comfortable and provides a great place to view birds and fish in the lagoon below. Though we didn't uae the swimming pool, we could see it was very clean and the other residents seemed to enjoy it, Other residents were very friendly. The elevator was a wonderful asset, especally when it came to carrying our luggage upstairs.

Wonderful condo to rent. Has a nice balcony with outstanding views of water. Unfortunately, they haven't finished rebuilding their dock yet. The hurricane that hit Cedar Key last year was a monster. Please support Cedar Key businesses. Being a patron of any and all businesses on Cedar Key will help them get back onto their feet. There are many areas to fish and to go watch the 30+ dolphins feeding and breeding. It's amazing. The beds in the condo were very nice, and all appliances were updated and functioned well.
