Condos in Panama City Beach

I loved that the beach was just a few steps away, and the resort had plenty of seating out back to watch/listen to the ocean!

Location is great, close to everything, clean, excellent beach, amazing staff, full ocean view, sunrise and sunsets. We had a wonderful time! Laid back relaxing vacation.

I enjoyed the view and how convenient the booking was. Also appreciate the respect the hostess provided. Will like to rebook again.

It's nice, quiet, and laid back. Great location near lots of places to eat and shop... It has nice attractions and is very close to other nice attractions. I'd highly recommend staying here. Oh and the owners are very easy to communicate with and they are very responsive if there are any questions or concerns...

How quiet it was and how it was a lot of things to do

We liked everything, the location and cleanliness! The only complaint is that TV in masters bedroom didnt work,they offered to come and fix it,but we did not really care about it and the mattresses on a buck bed should have been changed i guess a long time ago,you can feel and even see those springs coming out from those poor old mattresses,my grandson couldn't sleep there at all it was painful for him,he had to switch with my daughter and she ended up with few bruises on her waist and ribs sleeping there,she said it was awful, rather then that everything was really good!

The location and the property

The condo was very clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, and the living room and dining room area was just enough space to relax and enjoy meals together when we weren’t at the beach.

The set up is very cute. The outside pool area is super nice. There’s plenty of seating areas and there’s a big chair, great for pictures. It also has corn-hole set up ready to play. It was clean and it wasn’t over crowded.

Clean, convenient, and easy access to the beach. When the door lock wouldn’t work, the technician was able to coach me through trouble shooting and sending a repairman.

Everybody was friendly and you really didn't have to leave the facility

I love the location. We really loved the pool, had grandbabies with us and the ocean was closed due to double red flags, so we stayed at the pool most of the time. Edgewater is great with activities and we love it!

Beautiful , clean room. Parking garage level 7 and room on 7th floor with doorway to our floor made loading and unloading so easy. No dragging everything into an elevator. Pool area was superb. View from balcony was amazing overlooking the pool area and ocean, especially when it was lit up at night.
