Cottages in Theth

The scenery from the rooms is ... breathtaking!! We could see the mountains first thing in the morning when we woke up. The staff is really friendly, speak decent english. There is a designated parking area (which can be crowded in the evening but we always found a spot to park). Keep in mind, that Theth village itself is ~10 min drive away, but if you have a car that shouldnt be a problem.

This place is very good to rest your mind from every day work and to be far from the city , you feel very free and its a beautiful feeling. I would recommend to book for more than a day because its a bit far maybe book for 2 or 3 days .

overall, the apartment was perfect for a 2 night-stay in Theth for hikes in nature. quiet location, easy check-in, very nice breakfast, large apartment, beautiful views outside, a few minutes drive from Theth village, private stand-alone building, pretty close parking. a big living room and well-equipped kitchen.

Awesome accomodation in a remote mountain village with an amazing views and surroundings. Host family was super nice and welcoming and even though their english is very basic, there was no problem with communication.

Absolutely amazing place! Easy to find, gorgeous view of mountains. You can easy reach the main spots of this area from your house by car or walking. There are few restaurans and a shop near by. The house was clean with white towels and sheets, hot water and fridge. Everything you need is there. Breakfas was good, basic but we liked it. And the host is wonderfull, helped us a lot. 100% recommended. Will come back again for sure.

The location in Theth is great, walking distance to all of the restaurants and bars in the area. Also very central for taking the hikes to the waterfall and the blue eye. The host Agostini offers paid rides to and from both locations which was very convenient.

One of the most beautiful places we’ve ever stayed! We loved the cool pool in the hot weather, and the views are to die for. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was new and extremely comfortable. The location is slightly outside the bustle of town so it was nice and quiet, though still easy to get everywhere. Above all, Sam is the most generous host and very responsive, and he gave us a wonderful dinner recommendation. Can’t wait to come back some day!

Amazing views of the mountains and very close to the beginning of the blue eye hiking trail. Very peaceful and clean. Has Air conditioning and hot water in this remote area.,Fully paved road all the way to the property.

Staying in Theth in the Thethi Mountain Villas was the highlight of my 30+ day European adventure. The property is beautiful, Valentina was an absolute gem and SO kind and responsive. The breakfast in the morning was perfection. The location is stunning and the entire experience felt like a fairytale (dare I say a bit like Rivendell from LOTR?!) :) Fireflies everywhere at night, the mountains surrounding you…I could go on and on about my lovely experience but all I can say is as a fellow discerning, seasoned traveler, PLEASE give yourself the good fortune of booking this property!

Awesome location, close to all of the highlights. Nice to have a fridge. No AC, it didn’t bother us because it was early June but it would be an issue in later summer months. Hosts very warm and welcoming.

If location is important to you, Thethi Sky Lodge is the winner! It's a stone's throw from the famous church that everybody comes to Theth to see - but yet still secluded on it's portion of private land! We loved sleeping soundly with a view of the stars! highly recomend!
