Everything about this place is perfect: new villas, cleanliness everywhere, amazing pool. Friendly and helpful staff. All necessary items for a comfortable staying and swimming are provided. If you like a relaxing vacation by the pool, this is definitely your option!

It was the perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The host was incredibly accommodating and went out of their way to ensure that I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Their warm hospitality made me feel right at home. I was also impressed by the cleanliness and neatness of the place. The actual location of the hotel is so so beautiful, and the rooms are absolutely wonderful. It felt like a dream staying here and waking up to the fantastic views. The host Robert is extremely nice and has a superb vision for the area. Wishing him all the best in his endeavors

It was really cozy, with all wooden furniture and decor. The host is super nice and just so easy to work with. Absolutely a find for Dilijan!

Spacious house (for our family) with an outdoor seating area. Full Kitchen facility. The garden (apple/grape) was so beautiful and the host let us pick the fruits from the garden.

The location was very convenient, easy to find. There are two identical townhouses with a nice shared courtyard and a pool. The days we.were there there was no one else, so my 3 kids enjoyed the courtyard a lot. the house was spacious for 8 guests. I liked seeing the washer/dryer combo, since it made us feel like home. With children, it is important to have that accessibility. For American travellers, this is a real Americanized house, even has a kitchen disposal, which I have only seen in the US. The house was clean, neatly organized. There was a smart TV with streaming services available.

The place and the food are very great, the staff was very helpful and attentive. Everything was clean and new, the food tastes really good. The sauna was another level, the best experience in Armenia so far.

The villa was very comfortable, beautifully decorated, clean and warm (we stayed in January) The host and the staff were very polite and helpful. The villa has a sauna and a heated pool. Both were very nice and comfortable, we enjoyed it. There were a lot of utensils in the kitchen, separate bedrooms with their private bathrooms, which was very comfortable. Overall, I would suggest this vila to anyone who loves a comfortable stay and a nice view.
