Great place, good location , all good.

Lovely apartment with a beautifully stocked and equipped kitchen—it was so nice to have salt, pepper, olive oil, peanut butter, jam, oatmeal, biscuits, coffee, tea, and milk. Those items make life much easier when traveling. I also loved the cookbooks in the kitchen and ended up ordering one online so I could have it when I get home! Bed was warm and comfortable, shower was great, and it was nice to have a washer—when you are on the road for many weeks, a clothes washer in the apartment is a gem. Loved the newspapers on the wall—stepped back in time while I read them. 😊 Plenty of on-street parking.

Place was Extremely clean . We loved the design and look of the house. Everything looked really new. The beds were clean and comfy. the house had good heating on the beds and there were even electric blankets. Loved the place and 100 percent stay again. And it's close to ballarat Central so makes it easy to travel to the shops.

great location, well renovated and appointed property. plenty of space if travelling in a group / family. can close off doors so kids can be off to bed and not get distracted by tv in lounge. quick responses from owner. nice touch having the heater already on when we arrived.

Charming property on the edge of the city. Lovely gardens and access to off-property trails. Quiet! Well equipped and comfortable cottage. Always great when a host provides basics, milk, tea, coffee, cooking oils etc. Used both A/C and heat, both effective. Wood burning stove with extra logs for cozy atmosphere. Hosts were very helpful and great communicators.

I sent this message straight after the first night as we loved the place so much....I don't normally msg during a stay but wanted to say that your place is amazing and even better than we expected. The small touches make it more a home and are so appreciated but putting on the lights and heater was a lovely touch last night after a longer drive than expected due to Friday peak hr. Loving chilling today in your place

Great communication with host. Warm and welcoming home. Great setup. Nice little court yard to chill out in or cook a BBQ. Easy to book, easy to gain access to keys. Will definitely stay again

Aesthetically pleasing presentation, spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds, floor heating, location, good utensils, large shower head.

The accommodation was excellent & met our expectations.

Lovely to be provided with fresh bread, fruit, chocolate biscuits, and lots of other breakfast supplies. Lovely quiet but convenient location. Host checked several times whether we needed more supplies. Nice relaxing spa.
