I loved the unique set up of the Tram conversion. It was comfortable, cozy, and picturesque. It met all our needs as a quick overnight stay. I would have liked to spend more time enjoying the space and surrounds.

Beautiful quiet location. Enjoyed spending time in the gardens and watching the bird life. During this stay some maintenance was required and this was dealt with very promptly.

The location was quiet and calm surrounded by beautiful trees. The space is private and cozy. There were lovely touches, like fresh flowers, fresh firewood set up for a fire in the little fireplace, and plenty of fruit, eggs, breakfast meats, milk, juice, fresh ground coffee, and tea options for breakfast. The staff were friendly and responsive. The location is good for a quick walk into town for shopping and food as well as to get to spaces to walk in nature. I could not recommend this place enough!

Property is beautiful, exceptional and unique. All creature comforts, very stylish decor, great location, fireplace a highlight, lit up glasshouse an outstanding feature, luxurious touches and attention to detail. Hosts attentive and easy to communicate with. Property very private and secluded with amazing views of the sunset and city lights below.
