The property was BEAUTIFUL! We stayed for an entire month, and it was well equipped and perfect for the stay. The privacy and view from the deck was amazing. The wildlife outside was spectacular. Howler monkeys almost every day. The house was perfect, spacious and clean. It felt very fancy compared to other accommodations we have had in Costa Rica. Gerardo was a very helpful and welcoming host, who provided us with contacts to local fresh fish and pasties delivered to the house. He was a great resource as well. His local helper was delightful and always around if we needed anything. Wonderful stay. We will be back.

The apartment was beautiful. The decor was nice, and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking. The room was spacious, comfortable, clean and well maintained.The location was great. Despite being right on the Main Street, once inside, you couldn’t hear a thing from outside. And it was very close to the beach and plenty of coffee shops and restaurants. Facundo was super helpful and kind with us, from the moment we booked the apartment until the end of our stance there. We had a great stay and highly recommend anyone to stay in Branca Apts. we would definitely stay there again.

Absolutely perfect. Clean modern interior, refreshing little pool, strong AC and Wifi. From the deck outside you can see monekys swinging from tree to tree. Location is 7 min walk to beach (hilly). Friendly and communicative team. It's quite hilly and the parking lot is tight so I would suggest having a 4x4 to reach easily

The tranquility. A beautiful vacation home located about 10km outside of the village of Montezuma, in the community of Cabuya, easily accessible by taxi from Cobano airport. It’s a bit hidden, tell your driver is that that it’s conveniently located next to the La Isla Restaurante where they serve excellent food. The beds/pillows were so comfortable!!! We used the kitchen daily. The small above ground pool was perfect to cool off in! The neighbourhood is so quiet, we spotted a lot of tropical birds and howler monkeys. There are two markets in close proximity; Super David and Super Chico. We only stayed 4 nights and wished we would have stayed longer. We will definitely be back to this area on our next trip to Costa Rica.
