David was waiting for us with keys and gave me a tour of the house. The house was stocked with fresh fruit and bread and food. It was an amazing stay and such a wonderful location. The house was amazing and exceeded our expectations on every level.

The host allowed us to drop off our luggage early and retrieve it after check out which allowed us to visit attractions without a carful of baggage. Host was easy to communicate with, and the property was very comfortable and clean. Worked out perfectly for our visit to the Manuel Antonio area.

The property is divine!!! Private and across a tiny street from the beach. There are monkeys and iguanas and all sorts of birds who are around all day. The place was spotless when we arrived and there is a caretaker and his wife who can meet your every need. Sylvia was readily available for questions and any concerns we had.

It was right on the beach! 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. Fruit trees in the back and parrots flying over head. Mary the home owner was great she was thorough in explaining everything we needed to know and made great recommendations. Katia her neighbor was amazing! Her and her husband took us fishing. My mom got super sick one of the days ans Katia went with us to the farmacia, she was a god send. I highly recommend this spot.
