The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming! We had issues with traffic and were running late, an hour after check in time, and the hosts waited for us and were super kind and understanding upon our arrival. The location was absolutely amazing as well!!

A true gem. Lovely hotel in Turialba with great staff and exceptional food. They accomodated to all our needs and the room was spotless and comfortable. This cabin is a great option in case you want to stay near San Gerardo. Starting by the fact that it's pet friendly so we could bring our girls on this trip. The place is on a quieter road in San Gerardo, next to a hotel in case you want to go for breakfast, lunch or dinner. However, we brought food and kitchen has all the facilities to cook or heat your food. It has a coffee maker, fridge and microwave which are basics, but many other things. The beds are super comfy, better than some hotels in the area. Two queens in the upper area. The best thing was the hot water. The shower heats up nicely and quickly. There is also hot water in the kitchen sink and I can't even tell you how important that is to do dishes in such a cold place. The host was super attentive and you can check in with a smart lock, so it's super easy. Ideally communicate with WhatsApp so it's more efficient if you have questions or any issues. We loved our stay an will be back!

Fantastic place. Good nature, kind people. And, a great restaurant nearby. The area is peaceful, and remote. But, is connected by a very decent road. The drive is short, and only about 30 minutes.
