The house is really beautiful and with a great design.You can see that there was lots of time invested,the beds-comfortable.The location though...the house is just next to the road,so there is trafic all day long.It was extramely hot and there is no AC.The fan left by the host for the upper room didn't helped.The rooms upstairs cool off only late in the night with all the windows open.At the end we had a very weird situation with the host. We arrived late due to the traffic,driving from Spain.The mother of the host was waiting for us for 4 hours to give us the keys, even though we communicated we will be late. We didn't received her call,due to telephone covereage in roaming,traversing the Pyrenees.At arrival I received a message from the host that we will be shown the broom and the mop for cleaning.I did not reply about it, to check Booking conditions for the reservation. Was not sure if the mop and broom are in case we need them.I totally forgot about this message,until the respectable older woman came to collect the keys and ask us if we did the cleaning. Obviously we didn't do the cleaning, as for our understanding that is included in what we payed for the rental of the house. The old lady asked us to pay 20 euro for the cleaning. When I texted the host, she print screen the initial message. We took the garbage & paid the fee as a respect for the lady.This was not written in the initial details of our reservation agreements: this is the cost + you need to do the cleaning on your own. I would have not accepted in the first place. The host told us that 'we leaved her mother with only 20 euro for the cleaning', that she rented the place cheap and it is commune sense to do the cleaning. I would like to believe this is a missunderstanding, as they are at the beginning of renting through Booking and they figure out the details now.
