Cottages in Ironbridge

Lovely location, great for exploring the area and enjoying the walks. Quirky, furnishings and decor good. Warm and cosy. Lovely shower. We booked as a group and wanted the open plan space to chat and cook together, which was perfect. Bedding and towels clean and fresh.

Only a very short stay at Forget Me Not Cottage for work, I wish it had been longer. This is a lovely quirky and comfortable cottage, spacious and well equipped. Having a parking place that is easily accessible in beautiful but hilly and windy-laned Ironbridge was a great help, especially when travelling with dogs and their beds and paraphernalia. Centrally located for the museums, the bridge and fabulous walks. Many thanks to the owners.

Ironbridge View Townhouse This week’s accommodation was first class. The kitchen was well equipped and the table nicely located. The living room was up 2 steps and had a comfortable sofa and chair with large screen tv. The view out the window was lovely with trees along the River Severn. Off to the side Ironbridge was visible. The bathroom was upstairs with the large bedroom. The bed was very comfortable, soft and restful. The shower worked well and the water was sufficiently hot. The bathroom fan was somewhat noisy. There were lots of pictures of Ironbridge on the walls and the rooms were tastefully decorated. The flat is very well located to the Center of this village and also to the Co- op. Lots of excellent reading material and the host left a lovely bottle of Prosecco with some snack bars and an orange chocolate bar. There was a large bottle of milk in the frig. Highly recommend !!

Lovely spacious cottage with garden, close to scenic river walk, pubs and restaurants. Perfectly located! All the conveniences including toaster, washing machine with detergent in addition to all the regular appliances. Parking permit provided, we always found parking close by. Perfect for hiking in the area.
