United KingdomGood communication from the owners, with prompt response to my questions, the owners were also very friendly and helpful. The chalet was VERY clean and had everything you needed. The beach was a 5 minute walk away and the town was about 20 minutes. The bathroom is small but has an amazing shower

United KingdomGreat break here - property is in a brilliant location for the beach and just a 10-15 minute walk into town. Very quiet and peaceful street. The bungalow is really spacious - we particularly liked the two living areas and the kids enjoyed the books and toys made available. Everything you would need was provided including a lovely welcome pack and basics like dishwasher tabs, soap etc. Super helpful host and we would book again, thank you

Lovely cottage, looks small on the outside but very spacious when you get in.
My children loved the ambience as well as the proximity to the sea and Queens Park.
We made a temporary home away from home after cleaning up a bit.
The place is so quiet and peaceful, proximal to the bus stop.
Have recommended Resthaven to friends who would like to go on holiday in this area

Location is excellent near the beach and back garden opens onto Queens Park and the lake. Cosy cottage with every amenity you could want. Walking distance from town centre. Quiet location. Easy parking.

Great location,short walk to beach and town centre....Extremely comfortable beds, excellent very cosy lounge area,Great kitchen with everything in it you could want..The Cleaning was of very high standard,lovely dining area looking on to the lake...And a Brilliant enclosed garden,for dogs or children....Throughly an ideal cottage we enjoyed our stay.....And will definitely return.....Also we met Vanda the Housekeeper she is a really lovely lady ,and her customer service is second to none,thank you for looking after us so well 😀

Stayed here for 3 nights and we thoroughly enjoyed it, it is close to the beach which was lovely and relaxing to walk on. The back of the cottage is next to the lake and wild life. We enjoyed a pint at the pub down the road and had a friendly atmosphere. The nearby cafe on the beach front was nice too. The cottage is very cosy and was very warm for the whole stay.

Fisherman’s cottage has got to be one of the nicest cottages we’ve stayed in. So cosy and so close to the beach which was perfect. We loved the log burner and the bed was a dream. Will be back! And for longer next time. Thanks for everything!
