Newly renovated pet friendly 2 bedroom chalet for hire located at Mablethorpe Chalet & Caravan park, Lincolnshire. The chalet sleeps up to 4 people (1 double and 2 bunk beds). NOTE: ELECTRIC IS ON PAY AS YOU GO METER. You can check balance on smart meter and top up online or via telephone. Please remember not to leave electric heaters when you are not in the chalet to reduce costs. Each hire will include some free credit, on a fair use policy. This four berth chalet is only 5 minutes from Mablethope’s wonderful Blue Flag golden sandy beaches and just a short walk from bus routes and the town centre. The chalet is positioned in the centre of Mablethorpe Caravan Park. The site boasts an onsite shop, restaurant and family friendly pub with regular free entertainment, amusements and children’s park area. The chalet has two bedrooms (one double and one bunk bed room) and is double glazed throughout. Duvets and bedding are included in the hire fee, except towels and toiletries which aren't, so don't forget to bring your own towels etc. Large bright lounge area with plenty of comfy seating. Pull up coffee table/dining table. Free Wi-Fi available, but we cannot guarantee it will always work. Large covered decking area with outdoor seating. Large fully fitted modern kitchen including electric hob, grill and oven, sink, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, iron, cutlery, plates, cups etc.. Toilet with wash hand basin with enclosed shower and vanity sink with mirror. Convenient parking areas are close by. Please don’t park on the grass! Up to two well behaved dogs are welcome but please no dogs on sofas or beds, and no pets to be left unattended in the caravan. Please clean up after your dogs. DAMAGE POLICY: The chalet is inspected after you check out and if there is any damage we reserve the right to charge a damage surcharge as detailed below. I would appreciate if any damage is caused, to report it as soon as possible so it can be fixed for the next guests.

Mablethorpe is a traditional British seaside resort, family oriented, great beaches, good food, shops, markets, pubs, entertainment etc. The town centre is 10 minutes walk from caravan park, or catch a bus of the famous sand train on the beach! Further afield you can explore seaside resort of Skegness or the local market towns or Alford or Louth in half an hour, and an hour away is the city of Lincoln with its cathedral. Free onsite park in parking bays located throughout the site. Beach is 5 minutes walk over the sand dunes. The town centre is 15 minutes walk or catch the sand train!
