Good communication from the owners, with prompt response to my questions, the owners were also very friendly and helpful. The chalet was VERY clean and had everything you needed. The beach was a 5 minute walk away and the town was about 20 minutes. The bathroom is small but has an amazing shower

Mablethorpe is a lovely resort that caters for families and people of all ages. It is not a resort like Skegness a bit more laid back, having said that you can catch the bus to other East coast resorts.

Long stretch of beach, plenty of car park dotted around the town. A variety of things to do such the amusements in the town, the seal sanctuary nearby, crazy golf or walk the beach/promenade or just sit on a bench and relax, so will suit all tastes. My dislike is the 40p charge for a WC.

Where to start first of all the local people are so friendly and helpful. We were 2 seconds away from the beach. We had local pubs for entertainment even for the children. There were lots of things for the children to do and if you are lucky enough to have a much older child then the Adults could go out. The only draw back for me was none of us drove so we were a little retricted. There is a bus service but had no idea of times or where they went.
