The entire house, 5 bedrooms, sleeping 10 and even more guests upon request. On-site Private secure parking available for 2 cars and an additional secure private parking space would be available upon prior request. Free parking available on the street in front of the property. A real home from home!! The front lounge features a comfy leather sofa for cosy nights in, either watching TV, reading a book, playing a board game or just relaxing. The private cosy dining room just right next to the lounge has a large dining table comfortably seating 6 but can take up to 10. The kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking needs including an electric cooker with built in oven, microwave, large fridge/freezer. Utility room next to the kitchen has a washing machine, rack for drying clothes, ironing board and a hoover. There’s one double bedroom, bathroom (shower,sink and toilet) downstairs and 4 double bedrooms, bathroom (shower, sink and toilet) upstairs. We have Wi-Fi available and a secured backyard ideal for barbecues.

The high street is only a 1 minute walk from the most renowned fish and chip shops, Turkish kebab shops, ice cream shops, a 1940s themed cafe, Italian restaurants amongst others. With plenty of amenities on your doorstep, you may not even want to use your car. Within walking distance, Mablethorpe offers some lovely shops, cafes, pubs and bars, restaurants, parks and amusement arcades with a bowling alley. If you do like exploring, go to the beach, you can walk or bike ride to Sutton on sea or to the Mablethorpe Bell. Just a small ride you can be in the busier seaside fun at Skegness or head north to Cleethorpes, racing at Cadwell, market town charm at Louth, Horncastle and Alford.
