Cottages in Shipston-on-Stour

This is a magical little property. It’s situated in beautiful countryside, and the hosts put a lot of care into renovating it. It was a perfect place to stay for our family.

The property was in a brilliant location and was much bigger than the pictures would have you believe. The views were stunning. Very well equipped for a staycation with the family.

We had a wonderful stay at Fossewold Cotswold Barn. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and beautifully presented, providing the perfect base for exploring the Cotswolds. The location was peaceful and surrounded by lovely countryside, yet close to popular villages such as Bourton-on-the-Water, Lower Slaughter, and Stow-on-the-Wold. The barn had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, and the attention to detail made it feel welcoming and homely. We especially enjoyed the quiet atmosphere and the beautiful surroundings. The hosts were friendly and helpful, and check-in was smooth and hassle-free. Overall, a great place to stay for couples looking for a peaceful getaway in the Cotswolds. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Well equipped and charming cottage in lovely village on edge of the Cotswolds. Fantastic stay, comfortable beds, lighting, plenty of dishes, all was good.

Location was excellent. It was very quiet but not too hidden away.

A pretty house, clean and close to many pretty villages in the Cotswolds by car. We had a lot of fun also staying indoors when it was raining as there is a foosball table, and the living room by the kitchen has a great table for board games. The backyard was also great for the few moments of sunshine we got. Thank you for the welcome gifts!
