The living areas in this single-storey property consist of an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, breakfast bar, and TV. The bedroom consists of a double, along with a bathroom. Outside there is a rear garden with patio, lawn, furniture, access to tennis court on owner's grounds and a private driveway for one car. You'll find a shop and a pub in 1.2 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. This is a smoke-free property. One well behaved dog welcome (Please note, there are other dogs and animals in the vicinity - Please bear this in mind when booking). Please note: The property is not suitable for those with nervous dogs. The Paddock is the ideal base to explore Warwickshire and the surrounding area of Cotswolds AONB.
