Cottages in Elia Laconias

This apartment was fantastic. I am always skeptical of new places, but trust me when I say to book here. It is extremely minimal ( which i LOVE ) yet with EVERYTHING you need for your time there which is perfect . There is a huge outdoor space with views of the olive groves . You have great hot water and water pressure , washing machine, AC, wifi that works, smart TV, massive comfortable kitchen to cook, plenty of space for storage, etc etc. There is parking right infront of the apartment. Everything is new and the apartment was spotlessly clean and very well thought out. The area has so many beautiful places to see within 10-1 hour away. Again I highly recommend. I could have easily spent longer time here. I wish all places in Greece were this nice ;)

This amazing spot is super clean, comfy, and has an incredible view! It’s got all the amenities we needed, plus some extra goodies. The pool is clean and beautifully lit at night, giving it a luxurious hotel feel!

I would like to share my impressions of this house: The location is about a 3.5-hour drive from Athens. The house is right on the waterfront in a small village, with direct access to the sea. Just 50 meters away there is a quiet, natural beach with medium-sized stones that are not sharp, so you can enter the water without special shoes. Within walking distance you will find several good restaurants and local taverns, as well as the opportunity to buy fresh fruits and vegetables every morning from local farmers. The house itself is very well designed and equipped with everything you might need. The interior is tastefully decorated with great attention to detail. It feels less like a typical tourist rental and more like a real home with a soul — and I think the hosts have truly succeeded in this. Everything was also spotlessly clean, down to the smallest details. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

High standards. View. Rural location. Proximity of the beach (short walk). Large garden with olive and fruit trees, different terraces for sun and shade including a large roof terrace offering a beautiful view!). Amenities and utilities. Price value.

We very much like the area , Visiting many coastal walks and hills. A great location. A present 40 min walk to the local town to a super market for all are shopping. Enjoyed the local bars with views of the sea. The scenery of Olive and Oranges groves all around. A lovely smell of orange blossom in the air. Amazing wild flowers seen for the time of year, April. Not cold to be out walking in shorts and t shirts. But can be cooler in the evenings long trousers and a long sleeve top were worn.

Beautiful location. Peaceful with plenty of space to sit out and enjoy nature and the beautiful summer evenings. The driving instructions were excellent so I found the house easily. Parking is also no problem. Everything was spotlessly clean and there was everything a guest could need. Also, the bed was comfortable and I slept very well. I loved the location and was able to take lots of walks. It’s easy to walk to the local taverna or into Maloi. It was a privilege to be able to stay in such a delightful house and I would definitely like to return. A great base for exploring further afield as well. The owner provided some really helpful tips on places to visit which was most helpful. Well worth the drive down from Kalamata. Thank you.
