The property is ideally located close to several beautiful beaches and local attractions. Mavrovouni Beach is just 500 m away, a long sandy beach known for its crystal-clear waters and relaxing atmosphere, as well as being a protected nesting area for the Caretta Caretta sea turtles. A short drive will also take you to Vathi Beach (5 km), a quiet and scenic spot perfect for swimming, and Selinitsas Beach (6 km), an organized beach with lovely views across the Laconian Gulf. Valtaki Beach (9 km) is also nearby and famous for the iconic Dimitrios Shipwreck, one of the most photographed landmarks in the area. Within a few minutes’ drive, guests can reach the charming coastal town of Gytheio (3 km), known for its colorful neoclassical houses, lively harbor, waterfront cafés, and traditional tavernas.
