What did we like about the property? Absolutely everything!!! Where should I start from? Well… * The Location, amazing location on a hill side with an outstanding view to the sea, a very quiet area where you can enjoy the silence and the nature. Extremely close to some amazing beaches. * The Villa, very tidy and clean, with all the comfort that one could ask, spacious bed rooms (2), very comfortable bed, kitchen with all of the possible appliances that you could think of, and so on… everything is extremely clean high quality and perfect! * The Pool, very nice sized pool, infinity pool that makes you feel that you are swimming in your own piece of the Mediterranean sea. * The host, Nikos, how can I finish my review without mentioning the host? Every little question/request that i had he was more than helpful at any time, both before we arrived and during our stay. Very nice person that knows how to treat his clients, very hospitable… thank you very much Nikos! We will definitely come back! Every small detail in those villas is well thought out! Absolutely amazing! We’ve been in many luxurious 5 star hotels and places and this place is couple of steps above them all.

Cute and comfy little house located in a pretty garden, 100 meters away from the beach. Everything you need inside the house, big fridge, washing machine, clothes iron, tableware in the kitchen. Perfect for longer stays. air conditioning very efficient, hosts were beyond nice, gifted us cake, drinks, fruit and veggies. There are maybe more than 15 tavernas within walking distance (5 minutes walk) with really good food, we tried and enjoyed all of them. Also a supermarket and two bakeries. I would recommend renting a car for you visit in Crete, as there's a lot of things to visit in the area. There's a car rental service in the village, I noticed, so it shouldn't be a problem.

Our stay at Royal Nest Villa was a great experience! Perched on top of a hill, the villa offers a beautiful panoramic view of the sea in front, hills all around, and tall mountains in the distance :) We loved having our coffee in the morning on the terrace and taking in the beauty all around. It's also super quiet, only the cicadas keeping us company - perfect for romantic evenings under a starlit sky The villa is modern and well distributed, with a thoughtful layout - you can really feel at home and we feel it's perfect for a longer stay. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped for cooking, has everything you need, including a high-quality dishwasher. The rooms are spacious enough, with plenty of storage spaces and, most importantly, very good beds. We slept very well. The swimming pool is very well maintained, the water is cool, perfect for hot days when we were too late to catch the morning sun on the beach. You can get to Komos Beach in 5–8 minutes by car or 20 by foot. Matala Beach is also a 10 mins drive away. There is also a quiet, scenic walk to nearby Kalamaki. Konstantinos was an amazing host — very responsive, attentive and willing to go the extra mile to fulfill our requests. For us, the choice of staying here was totally worth it, we felt so lucky to catch a last minute availability and we definitely want to return.
