The apartment was big and very clean, cozy, it was obvious that all the details were counted by the host, the kitchen was very well equipped with all the necessary things, the bed linen and towels were snow white, the bed was big and comfortable, the bathroom and shower cabin were very clean, the host was friendly and nice, the location was great, We do hope to visit this place again - many thanks for everything! :)

The home is brand new and it shows! It has all the modern amenities to include an excellent washing machine, dishwasher, and refrigerator, and large living room TV. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the dishes, pots, pans, silverware, and has a great stove top/oven and microwave to comfortably make food without feeling the need to go out all the time. The beds are also very comfortable, making it very easy for me to sleep throughout the night. The bedding and towels are very clean with plenty of extra sheets, blankets, and towels available, if needed. The owner, Maria, goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable and quickly responds to any communication and made the overall check in and check out process a seamless one. The location is also ideal since it is just outside of Old Town Chania with quick access to the highway to visit all the wonderful places Crete has to offer. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Lumera Urban Stay to anyone visiting Chania!

Location, location, location! The beautiful sandy beach is just across the street—very clean, calm and perfect for families with children. (We actually liked it more than Falassarna Beach.) From the two spacious balconies, you can enjoy lovely sea views. The property itself is spotless, the AC works perfectly, and everything—from the furniture and beds to the bathrooms, dinnerware, appliances—is in excellent condition. Sam, the host, and his father are incredibly friendly, attentive and helpful. His father also happens to be an excellent backgammon player! Chania, and Crete in general, are absolutely beautiful.
